Refund policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Le Sage May. Each item is hand-curated with care, quality, and intention. If something isn't right, we are here to make it right — graciously and promptly.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
· Unworn and unwashed — free of deodorant, perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear.
· In original condition with all tags attached.
· In original packaging whenever possible.
Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Sale and clearance items (marked "On Sale")
· Pre-Order items
· Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
· Skin care and beauty products
· Gift items that have been opened or used
· Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
· Email us at amanda@lesagemay.com within 14 days of delivery.
· Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
· Wait for our team to confirm your return and provide instructions.
· Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Le Sage May is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be processed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
· A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
· Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us, as processing times may vary.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please email us at amanda@lesagemay.com with your order details. Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at amanda@lesagemay.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right — at no cost to you.
7. Store Credit
At our discretion, we may offer store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase at www.lesagemay.com.
